CHRISTINE CHITNIS and I met in June 2009 which is probably not that long ago– but omg, it feels like lifetimes ago. No doubt in part because in those few years Christine has had two babies and written three books (as well as knitting, sewing and making a zillion freaking things).
Her impeccable style, passion, and extraordinary
level of industry has always dazzled me, but as you will hear in this chat, she is also one of my
dearest friends because she is FUN.
Christine and I share a love of all things handmade, vintage linens, great food, reading, gardening and all the little details that make a day more beautiful. Over the years, we have done a number of road trips together and I do hope we will get to do many more in the future — meantime, take a listen as she shares a glimpse into her month of heaven up in Northern Michigan where she joins her family each July for magic time on Torch Lake.
bisous, Elizabeth
