the prefix “inter” with the verb “to be,” we have a new verb,
“inter-be.” To inter-be reflects reality more accurately.

In this workshop, Adam will guide us through the steps and choices to create simple rituals for daily living that will expand our experience of life in ways that feel positively magical. And yet, everything we are working with—essential oils and crystals, in particular—is provided by nature.

As a bit of preplanning, each student will fill out a simple questionnaire (very short) so that Adam can dial in the offering to line up with precisely what you want to focus on most at this time and the class is truly aligned with YOU.

Adam’s work is rooted in his knowledge of the ‘interbe-ing’ of life. He teaches not only how crystals and essential oils connect us to our heart center and to the natural world, but he will also help us shape practical ways to use them each and every day. And, through a series of exercises, we will discover how to align with both the solar and lunar energies. This is key if we want to flow through the transitions, challenges, relationships, and dreams of of our life with greater comfort and ease.

As we nurture the harmony in our mind and body, we are then able to bring that same energy to each person we touch.

Over the course of the day, we will be drawing upon the natural beauty of Squam whose vibration of light, ease and beauty will be infused into this practice. When we return home, we carry with us the vibration of grace we have known here at the lake and integrate it directly into our normal life. The resulting light and healing in our life is not only for our own wellness, but we can’t help but to bring it to the world around us.

Materials:

In your kit will be all that you need for the workshop. And, each kit will be customized for you personally with the oils, crystals and surprise extras that align with your personal needs/energy.

OPTIONAL: you are welcome to bring any oils or crystals that are particularly powerful/helpful to you so that they can be incorporated into the day.
